Job Title: Leave Attendance Coordinator / HR Executive – Leave Management
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager / Payroll Manager
Location: Mumbai - Kotak Infiniti
Job Type: Full-Time

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leave Management
    • Maintain and update employee leave records in HRMS or attendance systems.
    • Process leave applications and ensure proper approvals.
    • Handle leave carry-forward processes as per policy.
  • Attendance Tracking
    • Monitor daily attendance and flag irregularities.
    • Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company leave policies.
    • Prepare MIS reports related to leave and attendance.
    • Support audits by providing accurate leave and attendance data.
  • Employee Support
    • Address employee queries related to leave and attendance.
 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or attendance management.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
