- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Concur.
- Strong understanding of SAP Concur functionalities and integration capabilities.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within SAP Concur.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Concur implementations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and clients.
- Familiarity with project management principles and delivery methodologies related to SAP Concur.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Concur.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
