Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in the design, building, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications align with organizational goals and effectively address user needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles.
- Experience with business process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to SAP SuccessFactors.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
