Job Description

Trust & Estates - Analyst

Build your career while delivering a seamless, high-quality Donor Advised Fund (DAF) client experience for advisors and their clients.

As an Trust and Estates Analyst within the Donor Advised Fund team, you will serve as a key resource for advisors and support the end-to-end DAF client experience. You will execute core platform deliverables across communications, reporting, documentation, and quality controls. You will partner with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Educate advisors on the Donor Advised Fund platform, features, and workflows.
  • Respond to advisor inquiries across multiple channels with timely, professional service.
  • Execute advisor and investor communications to support client experience priorities.
  • Manage paper documentation for Private Bank DAFs and administer GivingPoint access.
  • Update banker coverage records and maintain accurate ownership and routing.
  • Conduct outreach on asset issues and follow up on orphaned contributions to resolution.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Prepare reporting, inbox coverage, and support for corporate actions and advisor needs.
  • Develop and refresh presentations and marketing materials for product specialists.
  • Liaise with regulatory, technology, operations, and business partners on initiatives.
  • Deliver time-sensitive ad-hoc analysis and project support as business needs arise.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Possess at least 1 years of relevant experience in investment management, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong investments and global markets knowledge to support advisor conversations.
  • Analyze complex information and produce clear, actionable insights under tight timelines.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, presenting information concisely and accurately.
  • Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong stakeholder focus.
  • Organize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) proficiently for analysis and materials.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Earn a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Hold relevant certifications (e.g., CFA Level I, CAIA).
  • Leverage experience in investor relations or donor advised fund platforms.
  • Build advanced financial models and conduct deeper investment analysis in Excel.
  • Utilize Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar financial data tools effectively.
  • Drive process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives end-to-end.
  • Create high-quality presentations and marketing collateral with strong storytelling.
