CNS - BC - Supply Chain & Operations :

Business Consulting works with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model; create growth; manage cost and efficiency; respond to market pressures and regulation; and resolve operational challenges. The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

It has multiple fields of play such as:

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.


Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Define and drive procurement transformation strategy across multiple industry verticals and geographies, aligning with organizational goals. Lead design and implementation of enterprise-wide procurement operating models, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Provide thought leadership and internal IP development across supply chain domains (planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics) and influence industry best practices. Oversee strategic sourcing programs, spend analytics, and cost optimization initiatives at a global or multi-region level. Establish executive-level supplier partnerships and governance frameworks, ensuring long-term value creation. Shape business development strategy, lead pursuits, and strengthen CXO-level client relationships. Drive organizational change management, including current state assessments, gap analysis, and future state visioning. Leverage advanced analytics and digital tools to derive insights from large-scale spend data and inform strategic decisions. Sponsor innovation initiatives in procurement and supply chain, including sustainability and digital transformation. Represent the organization in industry forums, building brand presence and thought leadership. Mentor and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture.


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

  • Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Master of Science in Data Science
  • Master of Business Administration
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Management

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain transformation, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in enterprise-level procurement strategy, category management, contract governance, and cost modeling.
  • Experience in operating model redesign, digital procurement platforms, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong exposure to global supply chain operations and multi-country procurement programs.
  • Sector expertise in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, EPC, Metals & Minerals.
  • Executive presence and stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level engagement.
  • Willingness to travel for strategic engagements.
