Sales Associate

*Job Title: Associate – Sales (Field Sales)*

*Location: Mumbai and Navi Mumbai*

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join as Associate – Sales (Field Sales) for CASA products. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and building strong client relationships in the assigned territory.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking

- Meet and exceed sales targets assigned by the bank

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with banking norms

- Promote cross-selling of other banking products when required

- Maintain daily activity reports and sales pipeline

*Eligibility Criteria:*

*Education:* Graduation (any discipline)

*Experience:* Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

*Age:* Born on or after 1st April 1999

*Skills Required:*

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge of local market (Mumbai region)

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Customer-focused approach

*Language Requirements:*

- Mandatory: Marathi and Hindi

- Basic English communication preferred
