What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designCreation of application programs that reside on remote servers and are delivered to the user s device over the Internet. Ability to develop web based applications using modern web technologies such as: set up and use databases, server side application that can respond to HTTP requests, or client side application which offers users an experience in client side web browsers.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems• Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture• You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments• Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others• In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts• Provides the technical point of view for incoming tasks• Creates or reviews tasks time estimations• Provides alternatives to deal with technical challenges• Supports the manager with workflow supervision and improvements• Supervise and promotes the best practices application• Provides significant documentation for team s common task or processes• Supervise interview for new team members• Provides guidance for induction process• Supervise and promotes team s knowledge transfer and team member s career path• Help Managers on the creation and follow up of technical action plans for the team• Support team members on meetings or negotiations that may require technical knowledge• Give or coordinate individual or group trainings on important technical matters• Analyze team metrics and suggest actions• Promote team knowledge transfer• Get involved in the whole development life cycle in all tiers: analysis, design, implementation, evaluation and progress monitoring
