Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Strategic Leadership: Drive market share and volume growth through innovative sales strategies.
- Customer-Centric Growth: Build robust ecosystems via channel partners, touch points, and network expansion.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of business plans and prepare the zone for future challenges.

- Channel Management: Build strong dealer relationships, onboard new partners, and address underperformance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver superior customer experiences through effective service strategies and spare parts availability.

- Financial Management: Optimize zonal incentive schemes and marketing budgets for profitability.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, preparing them for future leadership roles.
