Plant Security Head

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of the manufacturing facility.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of security personnel to maintain a high level of security awareness.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures align with business objectives.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop and conduct security training programs for employees to enhance security awareness.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve security operations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Advanced certifications in security management or relevant field are preferred
