Dredging: Over the past few years, we have evolved from a basic dredging company to a comprehensive dredging services provider. We are the largest dredging organization for the past two decades, offering a diverse range of services including maintenance dredging, capital dredging, and environmental dredging solutions.
Job Purpose: Superintendent - Technical TSHD oversees technical aspects of TSHD maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines, and drives continuous improvement initiatives for optimized operations.
Dredger Equipment Maintenance:
- Plan and supervise vessel maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
Emergency Response:
- Lead emergency response efforts during vessel casualties, implementing crisis management protocols to ensure safety and operational continuity.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure timely compliance with Class and statutory requirements to prevent vessel detentions/arrests.
Project Management:
- Act as primary contact for various stakeholders, monitor fuel consumption, and manage inventory procurement and invoicing processes.
Inventory management:
- Timely planning and procurement of all services and spares (Critical or Consumables) considering lead time and budget.
Health & Safety:
- Conduct emergency drills, prioritize safety and environmental compliance, and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Digital Mindset:
- Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
Team Development:
- Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.

- Vendors
Education Qualification:
- BTECH (Mechanical) / Marine engineer (3-4 yrs.) or MOT Class II
- Or MOT Class IV with 4 yrs. of experience or NCV Class III with 5 yrs. rank experience
Work Experience (Range of years):
- 5-6 years in
- Marine field preferably as
- Marine engineer for 2-4 yrs.
