Job Description
Location: Motipur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 + Incentives
Experience: Any
Leaves: 4 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate tractor sales through field visits and showroom enquiries.
- Visit villages, farmers, and contractors to generate leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance partners for loan processing.
- Maintain customer follow-ups and sales records.
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid two-wheeler & driving license preferred.
