We provide high-quality LIVE Online classes through our app, The Speedy Brains, to help students achieve their academic dreams.
Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students and their parents, understand their requirements, and guide them toward enrolling in our trial classes and paid courses. You will be the first point of contact in their learning journey, helping them make an informed decision about their child’s future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential leads (enquiries) via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand parents' concerns and answer queries about our online courses.
- Explain the benefits and structure of our live classes and course offerings.
- Encourage and enroll students in trial classes.
- Follow up with leads after trial classes to convert them into paid enrollments.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and enrollments in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve conversion strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Freshers are Welcome to Apply.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate degree.
- Skills:Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand parents' concerns and provide relevant solutions.
- Confidence in handling sales calls and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
