Job Title: Event Management Intern (Volunteer)

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Event Management Interns (Volunteers) to support the planning and execution of events. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, sponsor engagement, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect and communicate with potential event sponsors
• Assist in securing sponsorships and partnerships
• Support event planning and coordination activities
• Manage on-ground event operations and logistics
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution
• Promote events through online and offline channels
• Handle basic documentation and reporting related to events

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in approaching sponsors and stakeholders
• Basic organizational and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Students or freshers interested in event management
• Available for 1 month starting May 1st
