Steward

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Steward to join our team at Mpro Palace. The ideal candidate should provide excellent food & beverage service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks as per hotel standards
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-presented at all times
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell special items
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas
• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth operations
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel/restaurant service (preferred)
• Good communication skills (Kannada, English; Hindi is an advantage)
• Pleasing personality and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Team player with strong customer service mindset
