Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and organized Service CRM Executive to handle coordination of new projects, installation activities, and service operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer communication, coordinating with installation and service teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely completion of work and customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:Coordinate new elevator projects from confirmation till handover.
- Maintain project status reports and installation schedules.
- Coordinate with installation technicians, service teams, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Handle customer communication regarding installation progress and service updates.
- Create and maintain service and installation records in CRM/software.
- Schedule installation activities and monitor project timelines.
- Follow up with site engineers, technicians, and clients for pending work completion.
- Maintain proper documentation of projects, service reports, and handover records.
- Coordinate breakdown and service complaints with technicians for quick resolution.
- Ensure timely closure of installation and service activities.
- Support AMC follow-ups and customer service coordination.
- Escalate delays, technical issues, or customer concerns to management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper customer feedback and service satisfaction after project completion.
- Required Skills:Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/reporting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of elevator installation and service processes preferred.
