Job Description – Account Executive

Experience: Minimum 6 months (Internship or practical experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records, invoices, and bookkeeping

• Assist in financial reporting and account reconciliation

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions

• Support GST return filing and TDS compliance

• Pass GST and other accounting entries

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams

• Assist in audits and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com graduate with internship or hands-on experience in accounting

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

• Good analytical and numerical skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Effective communication skills
