Job Description
- Monitor overall customer satisfaction and service quality
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up activities
- Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction surveys
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to improve customer experience
- Ensure dealership processes are followed as per company standards
- Analyze customer feedback and prepare reports for management
- Improve retention and repeat business through customer engagement
- Monitor customer waiting area and hospitality standards
- Support team in achieving customer satisfaction targets (CSI/NPS)
