Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits and collect overdue payments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable traveling within the assigned area, and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residence or business location for collection of overdue payments.
• Follow the daily collection schedule assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.
• Negotiate payment plans and encourage timely repayments.
• Educate customers about outstanding dues and company policies.
• Update collection status, customer feedback, and visit outcomes in the mobile application or system.
• Deposit collected payments as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to the reporting manager.
• Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (Preferred)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Collection, Recovery, Sales, NBFC, Banking, or BFSI will be an added advantage.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
