Job Description

• Manage complete recruitment process for dealership requirements. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. • Coordinate interviews with department managers. • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. • Conduct initial candidate discussions and salary negotiations. • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes. • Build talent pipeline for future requirements.
