Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations. The role includes managing transportation, warehouse activities, inventory movement, dispatch planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely deliveries. The candidate will monitor operational performance, optimize logistics costs, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or operations management.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/logistics management software.
  • Ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple operations efficiently.
