Job Summary

AGSKart Private Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Hassan branch. The ideal candidate will oversee branch operations, drive business growth, manage sales teams, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team to achieve sales and business goals.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high service standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff.
• Coordinate with the corporate office for smooth business operations.
• EligibilityBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, or operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
