Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Project Coordinator & Team Lead to manage our MSME ZED Bronze Certification project from end-to-end. This role requires someone who can not only handle portal documentation but also lead the internal office team, manage project finances/payments, and drive the project to success.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Guidance: Lead, guide, and support the internal office team to ensure daily and weekly project targets are met efficiently.
End-to-End Project Handling: Take complete ownership of the ZED Certification project lifecycle, including organizing client meetings, scheduling, and execution.
Financial Coordination: Manage project-related payments, tracking fees, invoicing, and coordinating financial updates smoothly.
Daily Reporting: Provide accurate, day-to-day progress updates, tracking sheets, and status reports directly to the management.
Client & Documentation Management: Oversee client communication, verify technical documentation, and ensure hassle-free upload on the official ZED portal.
