Job Description
Skytop Golf Village is developing a premium, golf-facing plotted layout across 31 acres — a high-specification gated community with landscaped avenues, water features, underground utilities and full amenities. We are looking for an experienced layout-development professional to take single-point ownership of delivering this layout end to end: from approvals and infrastructure through to handover of registration-ready, serviced plots.
This is a delivery role for someone who has built high-end plotted / villa-plot layouts before — who knows what separates a premium layout from an ordinary one, can hold a contractor to specification and programme, and can run the site as a disciplined, well-documented operation rather than on memory. The right person has done this at project scale and wants to own one flagship project completely
