Job Description

Job Title: Hotel Management Executive / Supervisor


Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Management professional with a minimum of 1 year of hotel experience to handle day-to-day operations and guest services.


Responsibilities:

• Front office operations & guest handling

• Check-in / check-out coordination

• Room allocation & housekeeping coordination

• Handling guest complaints professionally

• Staff coordination & shift management

• Billing, POS & basic report handling

• Ensuring service quality & hotel standards


Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel operations

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred

• Good communication skills

• Customer-friendly attitude

• Ability to handle pressure & multitasking

• Basic computer & billing software knowledge


Salary: 18000 + incentives

Location: Mysore, Karnataka

Shift: Rotational / Day shift
