Job Title: Receptionist
Location:Mysore, Karnataka
🏢 About the Company:Moneymithra Chits Private Limited is a financial services company providing chit fund solutions, focused on savings, investments, and customer-friendly financial services.
🎯 Job Summary:The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling customer queries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
- 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff professionally
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate departments
- Handle customer inquiries related to chit fund schemes and services
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Assist in basic documentation and data entry
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support
- Ensure reception area is clean and presentable
- 🎓 Qualifications:Minimum: PUC / Any Degree
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- 🕒 Working Hours:Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
