Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Development Manager to join our Life Insurance team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience and a graduate degree from a recognized university. The primary responsibility is to recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors while driving business growth through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
- Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Generate business through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Monitor advisor performance and provide regular guidance.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (BFSI, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Automobile, or any field sales).
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.
