Job Title: Female Telecaller

Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and confident Female Telecallers to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining chit fund schemes, and generating leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain chit fund plans and company services clearly
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads
- Maintain customer records and update call details
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and/or regional languages
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales is an added advantage
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Eligibility:
- Female candidates only
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
