Job Title:Telecaller – Loan Department

Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to handle customer inquiries and generate leads for various loan products including Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, Gold Loans, and Mortgage Loans. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers effectively.
- Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and benefits to customers.
- Generate and maintain customer leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
- Maintain daily call reports and customer database.
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for loan processing.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets assigned by the company.

- Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
