Job description

Designation CNC Milling Operator cum Setters

Educational Qualification Recommended: Diploma Mechanical; ITI Fitter and relevant

additional certifications are a plus.

Work experience With a experience of minimum of 3-5 years as a CNC Milling

Operator in the Manufacturing, Precision Machining and

Aerospace Industry

Compensation INR 28,000 to 35,000 pm

As a CNC Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards

of product and process quality throughout our precision machining processes. You will be a part

of the Machine shop team and will ensure to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to

drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in precision machining and strong

knowledge of methodologies will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for delivering

exceptional products to our customers.

Key job responsibilities

The Roles & Responsibilities include

1. Operate and monitor Vertical Machining Center equipment in accordance with safety

protocols and standard operating procedures.

2. Set up and configure machines for production runs, ensuring precision and accuracy in

the machining process.

3. Conduct routine inspections of machinery, identify potential issues and perform

necessary adjustments or maintenance.

4. Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and meet quality

standards.

5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and tooling required for

machine operation.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize

productivity.

7. Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure the production of aerospace

components meets industry standards.

8. 5S to be maintained in their respective work limited area.

9. Ensure daily routine maintenance to be done.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices

related to precision machining and quality control methodologies.

11. Foster a culture of quality consciousness, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a

commitment to continuous improvement throughout the organization.

12. Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as ISO 9001 and AS 9100 D, customer

specifications and industry quality standards.
