Job Description
Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
Prepare sales, purchase, and expense reports
Maintain cash flow and bank reconciliation
Handle GST, TDS, and tax-related work
Prepare monthly profit & loss reports
Manage salary processing and staff payments
Maintain invoices, bills, and receipts
Monitor outstanding payments and follow-up
Prepare annual financial statements
Coordinate with CA / Auditor for compliance work
Maintain stock and inventory accounts (if required)
Ensure financial records are accurate and updated
