Branch Sales Manager - Retail
- Drive Revenue: Develop and implement localized sales strategies to meet or exceed branch revenue quotas and market share goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch sales personnel to build a high-performance, motivated team.
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee key accounts, handle escalated customer inquiries, and identify local community networking opportunities to grow the client base.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies based on market trends and competitor activity.
