About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers and explain company loan products
• Understand customer needs and convert leads into successful sales
• Perform regular follow-ups with interested and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Update daily call reports and coordinate with the reporting manager
