Location: NAGPUR (On-field role)

Role Overview We are looking for a Field Sales Executive responsible for generating business, visiting clients, and driving sales for salon furniture products. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication, follow-up, and market execution.

• Key Responsibilities Visit salons, barbershops, dealers, and potential business partners in assigned territory
• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities
• Present and explain company products (chairs, stations, salon setups)
• Convert leads into orders and achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients
• Build strong relationships with salon owners and distributors
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on competition
• Coordinate with internal team for order processing and delivery
• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates
• Daily Activities ExpectedMinimum ___ field visits per day
• Lead generation and follow-ups
• Product demonstration and client meetings
• Reporting to manager
• RequirementsMinimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Experience in field sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
