Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter & Operations Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Nagpur- Maharashtra
Experience: 2–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible HR Recruiter & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities along with supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong recruitment skills, effective use of job portals like Naukri, workIndia, Linkdin and Apna, and hands-on involvement in employee lifecycle and HR coordination.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, Apna portal, job postings, referrals, and internal database.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Screen candidates based on experience, communication, salary, notice period, and job fitment.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure regular follow-ups to minimize candidate drop-outs.
- Meet daily calling, interview scheduling.
B. Job Portals & MIS Management
- Efficient use ofNaukri, workIndia, Linkdin and Apna portals for CV search, downloads, and candidate engagement.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS reports, interview status, and joining data.
- Manage job postings, responses, and resume database systematically.
C. HR Operations & Employee Support
- Assist in joining formalities, onboarding coordination, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee master data, attendance records, and HR files.
- Support HR operations such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and operational support.
- Support HR team in audits, data management, and compliance-related documentation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with Naukri & Apna portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring and pressure-driven targets.
- Proficient in MS Excel for trackers and MIS reporting.
Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate (Any discipline)
MBA HR preferred but not mandatory
