Company Overview:Abbydraw Designs & Branding Agency is a creative branding studio specializing in packaging design, brand identity, logo design, social media creatives, website design, and marketing communication. We work with brands across multiple industries to build impactful and visually strong brand experiences.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who can efficiently manage creative projects, client communication, timelines, and team coordination.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end creative and branding projects.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, strategists, content creators, and clients.
• Handle project timelines, task allocation, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal creative team.
• Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements clearly.
• Prepare project briefs and communicate expectations to the design team.
• Ensure timely delivery of branding, packaging, social media, and design projects.
• Track revisions, approvals, and final deliverables.
• Maintain proper project documentation and workflow management.
• Support business growth through strong client relationship management.

• RequirementsStrong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of branding, packaging, social media, and creative workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of design processes and creative coordination.
• Experience in project management, agency management, or client servicing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.
