Sales Executive

final-prep.com is helping coaching institutes launch their own branded online learning platform.

We are looking for energetic sales executives who can call coaching institutes across India, explain our white-label solution, conduct product demos, follow up with prospects, and convert them into paid customers.

Leads and contact data will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Call coaching institutes from the provided database
• Identify institute owners, directors, and decision makers
• Explain Final Prep's platform and benefits
• Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Handle objections and close sales
• Maintain call and lead status in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build relationships with coaching institute owners

What You'll Be Selling? A white-label platform that enables coaching institutes to:

• Launch their own branded online test-prep platform
• Prefilled with All Government Exam PYQs
• Increase student engagement
• Create a digital revenue stream
• Compete with large EdTech brands

Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of sales experience; confident freshers can apply
• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, EdTech sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales preferred
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable with phone calls and video demos
• Confident in objection handling and negotiation
• Laptop and stable internet connection

Preferred Experience (candidates with experience in):

• EdTech sales
• Coaching institute sales
• Education counselling
• SaaS sales
• B2B tele-sales
