Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist)

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to children with communication, speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders. The therapist will work closely with parents, occupational therapists, special educators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that promote each child's communication and developmental success.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions.
• Treat children with speech delays, language disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, articulation disorders, stammering, voice disorders, and feeding/swallowing difficulties.
• Monitor and document therapy progress through detailed reports.
• Educate and counsel parents regarding home-based intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, Psychologists, and Pediatricians.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Participate in case discussions, multidisciplinary meetings, and professional development activities.
• Conduct screening programs, awareness sessions, workshops, and school visits when required.
• Follow ethical practices and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
• RCI Registration (Mandatory).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Preferred SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children and families.
• Knowledge of evidence-based speech therapy techniques.
• Experience in autism intervention is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is a plus.
• Good documentation and report-writing skills.
