Job Description

Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive & Manager – RMC

Location: Nagpur


Job Responsibilities

  • Generate business from builders, contractors, developers, and infrastructure projects
  • Handle client meetings, site visits, quotations, and negotiations
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth delivery and payment collections
  • Track market trends and upcoming projects
  • Qualification BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
  • MBA Marketing preferred
  • Experience 2–8 years in RMC / Cement / Construction Material Sales
  • Skills Required Strong technical understanding of construction materials
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Nagpur market preferred
  • Target-oriented and self-driven candidate
