Job Description

  • Responsibilities:Billing and voucher entry in TallyPrime
  • Purchase and sales entry
  • GST billing and basic GST knowledge
  • Maintaining party ledgers and outstanding follow-ups
  • Bank reconciliation and cash handling
  • Excel sheet handling and reporting
  • Stock and inventory coordination
  • LR / Transport / Courier bill checking
  • Filing and maintaining office documents
  • Coordinating with staff and dispatch department
  • Helping in daily business operations
  • Skills Required:Knowledge of TallyPrime
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Proper data entry speed and accuracy
  • Responsible and disciplined working attitude
  • Ability to handle wholesale business operations 
  • Candidate should be sincere and long-term working mindset
  • Two-wheeler preferred
  • Wholesale market experience is an advantage
