Job Overview:

The Counselor will be responsible for handling student and parent inquiries, explaining course details, and converting leads into admissions. The role requires excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to understand student requirements and guide them towards the right course and career path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
• Counsel students on available courses, career paths, and placement opportunities.
• Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission.
• Record and manage leads in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the academic and placement teams for student onboarding and support.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Provide accurate information about the institution, course structure, fees, and benefits.
• Handle student queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
• Participate in promotional activities such as webinars, seminars, and online campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, BCom, BA, or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi/Marathi preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, or inside sales in the education or training sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
