Job Overview:

ZestRenew is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled After Market Engineer to support and expand its Feed and Fuel segment. The role focuses on aftermarket sales and technical support for already installed machinery across client sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying spare part requirements, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective on-site engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites within the assigned region for inspection of installed machinery
• Identify and assess spare parts requirements for Feed & Fuel industry equipment
• Take accurate field measurements and prepare technical sketches/drawings for spares
• Coordinate with internal design and procurement teams for spare part development and supply
• Drive aftermarket sales by promoting spares, upgrades, and service solutions
• Maintain detailed records of site visits, machine conditions, and customer requirements
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting and support to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Engineering Drawing (ED) and interpretation of mechanical/electrical systems
• Ability to create basic drawings/sketches based on site measurements
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery (preferably Feed Mill / Biomass / Fuel systems)
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering
• (or related fields)

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in aftermarket services, spares sales, or field engineering roles
• Exposure to feed mills, biomass plants, or industrial processing equipment
• Self-driven and result-oriented individual
