Job Summary:
looking for a skilled IT Executive to manage and support IT infrastructure at the Herd Group. The role involves handling hardware, software, network systems, and providing technical support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including systems, servers, and networks
Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups
Handle retail ERP system support and user coordination
Manage email systems, antivirus, and IT security protocols
Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and AMC
Maintain IT documentation and asset records
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of hardware, networking, Cctv dvr/Nvr and system administration
Familiarity with Windows OS, LAN/WAN, and windows server management
Basic knowledge of firewall Policy.rules, cybersecurity and data backup processes
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Candidate: Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred
