Job Description
We are Looking for a Dedicated and Customer-Focused Customer Care Executive to Join Our Team. The Ideal Candidate will be Responsible for Handling Customer Queries, Resolving Issues, and Ensuring a High Level of Customer Satisfaction. The Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Patience, and the Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks Efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound and Outbound Customer Calls in a Professional Manner.
Respond to Customer Queries via Phone, Email, and Chat Support.
Resolve Customer Complaints and Provide Appropriate Solutions within Defined Timelines.
Provide Accurate Information about Products, Services, and Process.
Maintain Proper Records of Customer Interactions and Transactions.
Follow UP with Customers to Ensure Resolution and Satisfaction.
Escalate Complex Issues to the Concerned Department When Required.
Coordinate with Internal Teams for Quick Resolution of Customer Concerns.
Ensure Compliance with Company Policies and Service Standards.
Achieve Daily/Weekly/Monthly Performance Targets.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English & Hindi, Additional Languages are a Plus)
Good Listening and Problem-Solving Abilities.
Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, Email Handling, CRM Tools).
Ability to Handle Pressure and Manage Difficult Situations Calmly.
Customer-Centric Approach with a Positive Attitude..
Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills.
Ability to Work in a Team as Well as Independently.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream).
Freshers and Experienced Candidates are Welcome.
Prior Experience in Customer Service/BPO will be an Added Advantage.
