Field Sales Executive – VENSA Skincare (Nagpur)

🚀 Immediate Hiring | Same Day Selection

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for a fast-growing skincare brand VENSA in Nagpur.

📍 Location: Nagpur

🧴 Products: Sunscreen, Facewash, Bodywash

💼 Job Role:

  • Visit medical & cosmetic stores daily
  • Generate orders and onboard new retailers
  • Maintain strong relationships with shop owners
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Submit daily sales reports

📊 Daily Work:

  • 25 shop visits per day
  • 8–10 orders daily
  • ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 billing target

🎯 Monthly Target:

  • ₹3.5L – ₹4.5L sales

💰 Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000
  • Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000
  • Incentive: 2.5% on sales + shop bonus
  • 👉 Total earning: ₹22K – ₹28K+

✅ Requirements:

  • Bike compulsory
  • Basic sales experience preferred (FMCG/Pharma/Retail)
  • Marathi & Hindi speaking
  • Target-oriented and hardworking
