Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business systems.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software defects within enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively.
- Understanding of system monitoring tools and incident management practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
