Job Title: Branch Incharge / Branch Manager

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on experience)

Reports To: Regional Manager

Job Purpose:

The Branch Incharge will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage the local team, and ensure seamless delivery, pickup, and dispatch functions. This role requires strong coordination with the traffic team, regional management, and client representatives to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Warehouse Management: Oversee complete end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient space utilization, safety, and inventory control.
• Logistics & Dispatch: Direct all inbound and outbound activities, including delivery, pickup, and dispatch management.
• Load & Fleet Coordination: Coordinate closely with the traffic team for optimal load planning and vehicle turnaround times.
• Network Coordination: Liaison with other branches and regional hubs to promptly address and resolve operational bottlenecks, complaints, or issues.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coordinate the ground team to ensure high productivity and discipline.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong business relationships with local clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and proactive problem-solving.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to the Regional Manager.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Execute any other operational tasks as directed by the Regional Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in the Transport, Logistics, or Warehousing industry
• Tech-Savvy: Well-versed with IT systems, computer applications (MS Excel, Word), and logistics/ERP software.
• Core Skills: Proven team management capabilities, excellent multitasking abilities, and the resilience to work effectively under operational pressure.
