Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow store opening and closing protocols.
- Maintain Discipline and punctuality
- Follow Grooming standards as per company guidelines.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare food items as per company SOPs by maintaining MRD.
- Ensure all equipment is used according to safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Taking orders from the customers and providing them with the accurate information about the menu items.
- Taking effective online orders and handling correct packages to delivery partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handling cash, online and other payments.
- Cleaning the stores including customer area, kitchen area and storage area.
- Ensure the safety and security of the store premises at all times.
- Learning about the key parameters that help maintain store performance and improve audit scores.
- Timely completion of training courses in Waffle Academy.
