Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and technically sound Civil Site Engineer to oversee and execute on-site construction activities for infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, timely project completion, resource management, client coordination, and compliance with safety and engineering standards. The role requires strong site management skills and practical knowledge of civil construction works. (Taggd)

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
• Study and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Plan manpower, machinery, and material requirements for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare work progress reports.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Maintain site records, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), measurement books, and project documentation.
• Verify contractor bills, subcontractor work quantities, and material consumption.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols and site housekeeping standards.
• Conduct quality checks for civil works, foundations, RCC works, structural installations, and finishing activities.
• Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics teams for timely availability of materials.
• Attend client meetings and provide project progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, statutory regulations, and company policies. (Sandip Foundation)

• Industrial and Infrastructure Projects
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of civil construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Experience in contractor billing and site documentation.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards. (Civil Construct)
• Educational QualificationB.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Ability to work under tight project timelines and challenging site conditions.
