Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage leads through calls, references, site visits, and field marketing activities
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
• Conduct client meetings and property site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain a sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and promotions
• Maintain customer data and sales reports
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales Required Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
