About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Chef to lead a single Protein Box kitchen. This role is ideal for someone at a Commis II / Commis III level who is ready to take ownership of an entire kitchen unit — from food quality to team coordination and daily operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely preparation of all meals as per Protein Box SOPs and recipes
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all orders
• Manage daily kitchen operations including prep planning, inventory usage, and order flow
• Lead and supervise a small team (3–4 kitchen staff), including task allocation and shift coordination
• Ensure all subscriber meals and online orders are dispatched on time without errors
• Operate and manage POS system (Petpooja) for order tracking and billing
• Handle online delivery operations (Zomato / Swiggy), including order management, packaging, and coordination
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
• Minimize wastage and ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Requirements1–4 years of experience in QSR, cloud kitchen, or restaurant operations
• Prior experience at Commis II / Commis III level preferred
• Basic understanding of kitchen management and team handling
• Familiarity with POS systems (preferably Petpooja)
• Experience handling online food delivery platforms (Zomato / Swiggy)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and discipline
